a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

warranty does not apply to failures of the product due to improper use,

not cover instances resulting from improve care, accidents, alterations,
modifications, tampering in any way, or negligence.
The warranty is
void if the product has been repaired or serviced by an unauthorized
person/company.
The warranty is not transferable and void if/when the product is sold to a third party.
The warranty does not apply to damages caused during shipping or caused by force or an Act of God.
The
warranty does not cover accessories included with the product, such as

Key Loader System for Disk Cypher Hard Drive Encryption Device
The Key Loader is a hardware device that connects to a PC with an USB port and is controlled by ICS PC Key Loader Utility application. It has a special connector for a Key Dongle. User can generate, save, verify and delete a final key code into the Disk Cypher Key Dongles.
The Key Loader System is combination hardware and software tool that manages the encryption keys and programs it into the Disk Cypher Key Dongle.
